Russ McCormick

We don't know much about Russ, not even his name. We just called him that when we went to investigate a noise outside the rehearsal room and found him scaling the wall. After a few drinks inside and warming his hands on the burning remains of our self-immolated former pianist (those Eagles' arrangements can be punishing), "Russ" scaled the now-ownerless piano instead. We rather liked the cock of his hat and having removed the joining fee from his pockets, got him immunised and registered and propped the songbook up in front of him. As it happens, he plays piano better than anyone else in the band and quite possibly the world. Russ joins Bob as a mainstay in the upper register of the Eagles' hallmark harmonies and when bored with running up and down the same 88 notes at high speed he will occasionally guest on lead vocals. If anyone knows anything else about "Russ" could they please let us know.
